DC Water is moving to an online Material Submittal Platform. This portal allows for the selection of materials that have been
accepted for use in the linear asset infrastructure of DC Water. It also reduces review and response time for approval of the selected materials.
The submission of "or equal" items is permitted but follows a different process.
